We have experience in video games, financial analysis, macroeconomics and market intelligence developed at Activision Blizzard, NPD and Microsoft.

Sam is a market analyst who specialises in micro analytics and producing reports for clients. Sam excels in digging into data and to report on scale and direction of a business or an industry.
In his early career Sam worked in financial planning and analysis for Nortel Networks for over 12 years before taking these skills to work for Avid Technology and Computer Associates.
Sam’s first role in video games, born from a passion into understanding the industry, was with Activision Blizzard before working for Warner Bros Entertainment and Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Sam spent seven years with the NPD Group, reporting on the US market and becoming an expert on all matters related to the video game industry.

Damian met Sam at University when they were studying for their BA Economics degree. They both achieved 2.1 grades.
Damian took a market research path gaining practical experience across several industries before settling at Microsoft as a Market Intelligence Manager. After Microsoft, Damian undertook several consulting roles in strategic research and analysis before joining SJN Insights Ltd in June 2020.
